VPA Summer Show

The main schedule will be out soon but we do have the Children’s classes now, (see below), so we thought we should publish it now so that people can plan ahead.
DIVISION F – CHILDREN
Judge: Linda Buchanan-Barrow
Entries should be a young person’s own work with adult supervision only where necessary. No kits are to be used in constructing the exhibits. Help may be given with the use of the oven, hob, sharp scissors etc.
Under 6 Years Old
- Design a flower or tree. Cut out materials eg. card, tissue for the stalk or leaves. Paint the flowers with corks, potatoes or bottle tops.
- Create a garden in a seed tray.
- Make an under the water scene with paints and collage.
6 to 10 Years Old Inclusive - Design a safety poster STOP SPEEDING THROUGH OUR VILLAGE.
Remember to be bold so that it can easily be seen. Max size A3. - Make 3 cup cakes and decorate them to make a summer theme.
- Build and decorate a pirate’s treasurer box filled with treasure.
11 to 16 Years Old Inclusive - Make 3 cup cakes and decorate them to make a summer theme.

Remember to be bold so that it can easily be seen. Max size A3 - Create your own lollipop or ice cream. Make it 3D and make it fun!
